Amplitude (A)

The maximum displacement or distance moved by a point on a vibrating body or wave measured from its equilibrium position.

Wavelength (λ)

The spatial period of a periodic wave – the distance over which the wave’s shape repeats. It is the distance between consecutive corresponding points of the same phase, such as two adjacent crests or troughs.
